Orthofocus is a reverse geometry four-zone lens design for vision shaping treatment. The design may be fit empirically based on spectacle Rx and keratometric readings or by corneal topography measurements. When fit with centration of the lens over the pupil, Orthofocus may correct up to 5.00D of myopia and up to 1.50D of with the rule astigmatism.
