Contact Lenses & Care
Exceptional Quality Of Vision
PureVision® Toric lenses give your astigmatic patients the exceptional
stability they need and the high-quality vision they deserve.
Perfect for patients not currently experiencing exceptional vision, low
astigmats who need crisper vision than spherical lenses provide or current
toric wearers still negatively affected by spherical aberration.
Aberration Control And Visual Performance
PureVision Toric lenses deliver exceptional visual acuity with a posterior surface that reduces astigmatic aberrations.
- In a 900-patient, 117-site study, significantly more patients achieved 20/20 or better vision with the stability and optics of PureVision Toric lenses2.
- 54% more masked, low-cylinder patients experienced 20/20 or better vision
than with their previous correction
PureVision Toric lenses deliver better visual quality with an anterior surface designed to reduce spherical aberration.
- 97% of eye care professionals agree that spherical aberration impacts the quality of their patients’ vision3.
- 9 out of 10 say it’s best to correct both lens-induced and naturally occurring spherical aberration3.
- Our unique anterior aspheric optics adjust the shape factor surface at every power to consistently reduce both inherent and induced spherical aberration.
2 Results from a
clinical evaluation conducted at 117 sites in 8 countries in which 900
astigmatic patients wearing spectacles (n=119), spherical contact lenses, or
toric contact lenses (n=629) were fitted with PureVision Toric lenses. After
using the PureVision Toric lenses for 1 month, patients completed a forced
choice questionnaire in which they chose product preferences for specific
attributes. Practitioners provided lens fit, slit lamp evaluations, and product
performance rating information at each visit.
